Wedge at Papendal on September 11th, 12th and 13th, 2001.

Once more, Wedge will be present at the stand of Louis Nagel / John Deere during the demonstration days at Papendal. On our stand you will find an overview of the spare parts which can be ordered from Wedge.

Special attention will be paid to the vertical mowing blades developed by us for the Sisis Veemo and Ransomes vertical mowing machines 214. We also hope to be able to show you the first set of vertical mowing blades for the Schepers vertical mowing machine. As specialist suppliers of aeration and vertical mowing spare parts, we hope to welcome you at our stand.

Update Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) blades


Our new TCT blades have been tested at various golf courses. The tests showed that the functioning of the blades varies with mower brand and type. In the meantime, we have adapted the TCT blades in such a way that they can be used on all kinds of green mowers. For the Toro units we have developed a new grass turnover plate in close Cupertino with Mr Kind of golf course De Batouwe. If you would like to receive one, please contact us.

We guarantee the correct functioning of the TCT blades on your basic units. However, if you are not satisfied, simply return the goods and we will send you a refund. If you are thinking of installing TCT blades in your machine in the Spring of 2001, please fill in the form underneath. Please note that if you place your order after February 1st, we cannot guarantee that the TCT blades will be delivered in time, i.e. before the end of March, due to the enormous demand for our product in Benelux countries, Germany and Denmark.

The JRM Cross Tine

New for the Benelux countries and Germany and only available at Wedge: the JRM Cross Tine. This tine is available for a large number of aeration machines. The main advantages are:
  • The tine has the same aeration effect as a 12 mm hollow tine.
  • Due to its design there is hardly any consolidation at the walls and the lower side of the aeration hole.
  • The tine also features a creasing chisel, suppressing the felting effect.
  • The fields can be used again directly after being processed.
  • As soon as the grass has been mown, the players will be happy again.
The Cross Tine can be used in a large number of aeration units and is available in two qualities.
