As a rule, reduce the external diameter by 1 size to obtain the internal diameter. A small percentage will be pressed to the bottom of the hole. This amount depends on the type and diameter of the hollow tine used. The percentage to be removed can also be entered. Example: if you want to remove 20% of the pitch a year, enter 20%. In the USA, research has shown that approx. 15 to 20% must be removed yearly during regular maintenance.
